  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

1.4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Generating hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Creating content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generating malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

You may not generate audio for:

  • Financial or medical advice without professional credentials
  • Content that could cause harm if followed
  • Adult or explicit content without proper age verification
  • Content designed to deceive or defraud others

1.7 Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are processed through our secure payment partners
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers
  • Free tier usage is subject to fair use limitations

1.8 Service Modifications and Termination
